Originally built in 1878, this Victorian style home offers guests a charming residence full of character. Today, lovingly rebuilt, Kangaberry has unobtrusive modern touches which complement the heritage features of this fine old cottage.

Enjoy wandering through the half acre of hidden scattered garden rooms featuring spring bulbs, Camellias and grand old trees. Beyond, enjoy a picnic on the hillside in the orchard overlooking a highland glen and further to scenic views of Morton National Park. You share the garden only with the resident wombat, kangaroos and the many colourful native birds including the occasional bowerbird.

A few minutes' walk takes you to the village, or a brisk walk down Constitution Hill takes you to Gambell's Rest and the lookouts and walking trails of the National Park. With only a short drive, visitors can also explore the surrounding Southern Highland attractions and the villages of Bowral, Berrima and Mittagong and return to a relaxing night at Kangaberry.
